About Us:

We are sisters and co-owners of FAKE IT DON'T MAKE IT. Serena has been designing cakes for the past 20 years. She earned a bachelors in Fine Arts from Temple University, and a masters in Mass Communication from the University of Central Missouri. Serena is excited to finally take her love of cake decorating to a new level. Nikki earned her bachelors in Linguistics/Teaching English as a Second Language from Montclair State University and has begun graduate studies in Translation. She spent a year in Peru as the recipient of a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship. Nikki is fluent in Spanish and coordinates sales for the company.
